Sarah Scatigna

CELLnROLL Research Scientist

With a scientific background in immunology and biotechnology, complemented by an MBA focused on strategy and innovation, I became part of the co-founding team of CELLnROLL, where we develop automated cell sorting and diagnostic devices. I studied Medical Biotechnology at the Federico II University of Naples supported by a full excellence fellowship, followed by a PhD in cell therapy as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow (EDUC8 consortium) at Goethe University Frankfurt. I then pursued a fully funded, highly selective MBA across Paris, Munich and Turin, which strengthened my strategic and innovation skills. I also gained experience in the industry sector, contributing to strategic and operational activities that enhanced my understanding of translational processes and equipped me with a solid blend of scientific, business and operational skills.
