Organizational Leadership and Diversity Research Staff

I’m a cognitive neuroscience researcher working under the supervision of Dr. Ksenia Keplinger in the Organizational Leadership & Diversity research group at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. My research examines the cognitive and physiological processes involved in human decision-making, using methods such as EEG, ECG, and eye-tracking. I’m particularly interested in applying this work to neuroergonomics and leadership research, connecting experimental findings with real-world contexts.
