At Perceiving Systems, we're very serious about the coffee we offer our guests.

Our current machine is the La Marzocco GS3 AV, featuring a digital PID controller, saturated group head, and a dual-boiler system. This is a professional quality machine in a relatively compact package.

We purchase our coffee from a number of eco-friendly sources and grind it with a Mahlkönig K30. 

We track our coffee consumption with Meteor.
