Mona holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology, where her research explored how workplace interventions can enhance interpersonal relationships, motivation, and employee well-being. Building on this foundation, her current work focuses on Human–AI and Human–Computer Interaction, examining how AI can be used as a tool to foster diversity, inclusion, and equitable leadership. Mona's research interests also extend to interdisciplinary approaches that investigate bias and representation within academic and organizational contexts.
